🌻 Overall Terms and Conditions
• The artist (me) reserves the right to use commissioned artwork for portfolios and commission-related promotional posts unless a fee is paid for full rights.
• If the payment is not completed, the client does not have the right to use the artwork on social media, products, websites, or anywhere else.
• The artist (me) reserves the right to decline any commission that is deemed offensive or disrespectful to others.
• Once payment or down payment is sent, it is non-refundable.
• Please do not rush; artwork takes time.
• After the sketch is approved, Only 2 revisions are allowed per order. Artist mistakes are not counted as revisions
• Please provide as many references as possible.
• Any artwork commissioned may not be used, altered, uploaded, referenced, or processed by any AI, machine learning, or generative systems.
• Any breach of this policy automatically voids all granted rights to the artwork.

🦋 NSFW Commissions Terms & Conditions
• Only adults (18 years old and above) may commission NSFW artwork.
• Minors (17 years old and below) who attempt to order NSFW commissions will be blacklisted.
• Due to personal comfort, I will not accept NSFW commissions that include minor-aged characters, even if they are fictional.

+100% of the base price - Use of the artwork/design for physical merchandise (keychains, stickers, t-shirts, etc.) intended for sale.
+50% of the base price - Use of the artwork/design for promotional, marketing, or advertising purposes.
+30% of the base price - Use of the artwork/design as a livestream asset (does not include VTuber model designs).
+100% of the base price - Use of the artwork/design as a VTuber design in monetized content (e.g. streams with donations, super chats, etc.).
+200%–400% of the base price - Exclusive rights to the artwork/design.
